Our employees at Rainbow Lodge are all Khmer from Koh Kong province. At present these are:

  • Mr Lei - Grounds Manager and Guide
  • Yaa (Mr Lei's wife) - Cleaning/Laundry lady and mother of 3
  • Darut - Boat skipper and handiman
  • Saron - Chef
  • Saren - Assistant Chef

All existing employees live in staff quarters at Rainbow Lodge. We plan to expand the team by employing non-residential staff from Tatai itself. Local villagers are already used for occasional work.
