Eating

The evening meal at Rainbow Lodge is normally served at around 7:30. Children are welcome to eat with their families but, if required for younger children, we will serve an earlier (and more child-friendly) meal to prevent children getting over-hungry and to allow parents to enjoy their meal in peace.

Sleeping

The family bungalow is purpose built to accommodate families. It comprises a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

In addition, we also have spare mattresses to allow younger children to sleep in the same room as the adults when the family bungalow is not available.

Playing

The river is beautiful for swimming and our jetty provides a great platform for jumping in. Life jackets are available for children of about 8 years old and above but please bring your own for younger children.

The jungle trek to the waterfall is a little strenuous to begin with but has been completed by children as young as 4½ years old, even in the rainy season. Children under 13 can trek for free.
