To jump or not to jump

One of the most peaceful and tranquil spots you can find in Cambodia. A beautiful 45 minute boat trip brings you to a natural lake formation with water cascading over numerous rocks and boulders. Small sandy inlets provide the perfect place for a relaxing picnic, whilst the natural beauty of the area provides stunning scenery, a superb swimming location, a chance to observe wildlife and solitude.

This location, whilst subject to seasonal variations in water flow, can provide thrills of body surfing and inflatable fun.

Picnic lunches can be provided. BBQ's can be arranged at an additional cost.

N.B. Whilst the boat trip and picnics can be undertaken during any season, access to the rapids is variable.

Sunset Cruise

We head out towards the sea with cameras and beers onboard. A beautiful trip culminates in floating peacefully on the river at sunset near a palm-fringed island.

Stunning sunsets can be viewed (no guarantees, of course) whilst watching the locals and the wildlife settling in for the night. Head back to Rainbow Lodge after dark for an evening drink and your meal.

Again, this is a seasonal trip. The best times are between October and December.

Tailor Made

Tailor made boat trips, subject to other guests' requirements, can be accommodated. These can include Tatai Waterfall for those not wishing to trek.

Pricing

The boat is hired out at $12/hour irrespective of the number of customers. This includes a boat skipper but none of the above trips include drinks, and food is subject to residency at Rainbow Lodge.

Price for non-residents for food on request.

Life jackets are available.
