Customers undertake all activities, both on and off Rainbow Lodge premises, at entirely their own risk. Rainbow Lodge, its owner, servants and agents accept no responsibility and shall not be liable for any death, injury, loss or damage howsoever caused to any customer or their property. All damages to Rainbow Lodge property must be notified to one of its employees and paid for at full replacement value if repair is not possible. The jungle trek to the waterfall will only be undertaken by customers with the assistance of a Rainbow Lodge guide. |
